In our fast paced world of social media and everyone trying the latest fad for instant success; it's difficult to imagine an all-or-nothing influencer. From instant fixes like flex tape and the wisdom of Scripture Jesus shows us that he is more than we think him to be.

Matthew 7:13-23

In today's world, we are under an onslaught of decisions that we have to make each and every day. These decisions are what we use to help shape our identity, and it can be overwhelming. In our second-to-last teaching from the Sermon on the Mount, join us as we see how Jesus uses three illustrations to provide clarity and peace among all the chaos; and calls us to rethink our identity and to live a life less lived.

Matthew 7:7-11

In stark contrast with a world of instant-fixes and hucksters who claim to have all the answers, real spiritual growth in our lives requires a process that takes time. The way of Jesus is one of radical dependence on God as we persistently seek His face. When we "ask, seek and knock" we may discover years later we aren't the people we were when we started.

Matthew 7:6
