Brigitte Reiss-Andersen's career spans an impressive four decades at the top level of the industry.  She is one of the most accomplished and respected makeup artists intersecting the world of fashion and celebrity. 

Brigitte started her journey in Paris, and soon became a sought-after collaborator with renowned photographers Helmut Newton and Guy Bourdin. 

After moving to New York City, she built working relationships with Patrick Demarchelier, Irving Penn, Michael Thompson, among many others, collaborating on iconic editorial stories and advertising campaigns. To date, Reiss-Andersen boasts a portfolio of over 200 covers including Vogue, Vanity Fair, Harper’s Bazaar and ELLE. 

Brigitte also has an impressive and diverse A-list clientele, including Michelle Pfeiffer, Lupita Nyong'o, Catherine Deneuve, Naomie Harris, Emilia Clarke and Taylor Swift. She has worked with an impressive 28 Academy Award winners, including Meryl Streep, Tilda Swinton, and Jane Fonda.
