Bob kicks off this episode by wondering how differently life might have turned out had he been just a little bit healthier emotionally. Caring deeply about others is a beautiful thing - until that caring becomes distorted and controlling and leaves you seething with resentment and anxiety. It's a lifelong habit that you learned really early. But does that mean you're stuck being a people-pleasing doormat? Nope. There's hope - and it all starts with the biggest B word of all.
