This week I discuss a situation I was faced with when I sent my middle school daughter to her first overnight camp.  One major soft skill I want to make sure she learns is resiliency and sticking up for herself.  This can also move into the workplace.

This week we talk about disappointment at work or home.  I tell a story about a current situation I am working thru at work.  Hugh also shares with me a mug that I really need! "I will get over it but I need to be dramatic for a minute".  

This is a reminder that we all have different ways of working thru disappointment and we have things that stay with us from past experiences that may affect the reaction we have.
