FIDO FRIDAY! This week we have adoptable Pongo from Bridge To Home Animal Rescue!

Pongo is a six-month-old Jack Russell mix who does great with other dogs. A confident dog may be just what Pongo needs to bring him out of his shell.

Pongo came to us last month along with his Mom and a lot of other dogs. Pongo arrived a scared boy who wasn't interested in being friends with any humans. Pongo went into an experienced foster upon his arrival and has made leaps and bounds and is now ready to find that perfect home.

He loves the teenager in the home. He wags his tail for her and even loves her to give him belly rubs. He loves toys, especially squeaky ones, and cuddling under blankets. Pongo now enjoys walks around the neighborhood and is getting used to people. He does good with the cats in the foster home and lives happily with a dog savvy cat. Pongo is pee pad trained, but we are working on getting him outside to do his business. Pongo is about 25 pounds and would love a home for the holidays with someone who will be patient and loving.

Gibson is an AMAZING 10 year young gentleman who is going to make an incredible addition to someone's family!

To no fault of his own, Gibson has found himself looking for a new start to life after 10 years with his previous family, and has all the makings of a great family addition! Gibson is proficient at sit, stay, down, come, and roll over, and knows not to jump on people, which is great given his size! He loves the water and regardless of his age, has plenty of energy to be active! He is partially leash trained, but has great potential to do exceptional on a leash!
