Pastor Ryan leads us into a new series for the Holidays. Amplifying the famous words spoken to classic characters of the Nativity story in Matthew and Luke ("do not be afraid"), Pastor Ryan leads us through passages from Psalms 26, Phil. 4 and I John 5 to remind us that our fears, though real, can be surpassed by God's Peace, a peace that can surpass fears that are faced with God. Once faced, real peace, along with God's grace and love, can be experienced; "perfect Love casts out all fear"!

Pastor Ryan presents the final installment in our semester series of "Healing Community". Here, we explore the great promise, delivered in both Old and New Testaments, about the final salvation that we hope for - the healing, not only of us, but of all creation. Pastor Ryan explores Chap. 21 and 22 of Revelation (among other passages), explaining that God's promise of healing His creation is a promise for sure AND current deliverance; there will be NO part of God's creation that will be untouched by God's healing work!

Part 2 of the healing that is for the sake of the world. We continue digging deeper into this great cardinal calling from our King Jesus - to proclaim His healing power, available for all who come to Him. Today Pastor Ryan concentrates on Eph. 2:8-10 and Romans 8:18-25 - we are God's handiwork unto good works - to His Glory!

Pastor Ryan gives a preamble to a topic of healing not to be neglected - the Church's efforts to trust in God's healing is not just for us, but for the sake of the world, which so desperately needs the Church to BE the Church, to be Christ's instruments for proclaiming His healing power to a world that so needs their Redeemer! II For. 5:16-21 is our main passage for today.

Pastor Ryan speaks openly and plainly on one of the most significant of our tasks in generating a healing community: forgiveness and reconciliation. It is at the cross of Christ where OUR need for forgiveness is so apparent, and so freely given; Pastor Ryan continues with the reality that as Christ's work of atonement reconciled us to God, so are we called into the ministry of reconciliation in turn.

II Cor. 5:14-21 and Col. 3:12-15 are our main Scripture passages for today.

Pastor Ryan shares in a critical and vibrant topic for any person, believer or unbeliever - healing. What is the source of our sickness? Why are some healed and not others? Why am I not healed? Where is God in my continued pain. We explore these and other questions regarding healing. we also look at Jesus' model for calling God to heal: the laying on of hands, and how it is instrumental in calling upon God's healing power.

We look into Luke, Acts, James and many places in Scripture today.

Worship Pastor Luke Ash delivers a thorough study and exhortation on the blessing of redeemed play and laughter. We look at several scripture passages that address the healing touch that practiced joy brings towards the healings in our lives. We touch also on the great "joke" of the Gospel, the wonderful work of the Cross, God's simple, direct and glorious solution to sin that still fools the wisdom of the world.

Our world is poised to teach us just the opposite! How do we listen, truly LISTEN, to one another, to ourselves, to God Himself? The good news is God models this critical trait...He listens to us, and as we listen back, we promote His healing. Pastor Ryan explains how we can emulate this Godly trait so as to honor His command to ....listen.

Pastor Symps shares of the Biblical concept, the Biblical reality and necessity, of confession, not only the confession that justifies us before God through Christ, but also the confession act that heals our broken relationships, and promotes healthy, God-honoring community.
