Easter! The Believer's most glorious day, celebrating our Lord's greatest victory! Pastor Ryan leads us through John 20:1-9, starting a short series of sermons focusing on those who saw Jesus risen from the dead (hallelujah!).. He shares that the gospel of John was written so that YOU would believe, through the testimony of history, and the testimony of new life (written testimonies from our members are shared during the sermon).

Pastor Ryan discusses the extraordinary gesture of generosity and intimacy that Mary expressed when she anointed our Lord's feet in John 12:1-8. Immediately there were words of condemnation from the traitor, Judas. We learn how, in our worship to God, to stand up to the words of the Traitor to us all.

John 11:50 - Our Lord states: "better that one man die for the people than that the whoie nation perish". If Jesus had not died for us, where would we be? What great hopelessness did Jesus save us from!? John 11 is our Scripture context for today.

We begin a short series focusing on the Gospel of John. Today: belief...and unbelief. We look at persons witnessing the great miracle of Lazarus rising from the dead: Mary, Martha, and Thomas...look at the extent of their belief, and their limitations. Are we not the same way? John 11:1-44 is are Scripture passage for today.

Pastor Ryan addresses a common topic in a different way - stewards of our money, yes, but stewards of so much more: our gifts, talents, identity, our time! II Corinthians 8 and 9 serve as our Scripture focus for today.

An unusual bend on the topic of stewardship: finances are mentioned, yes, but how do we learn to by faithful stewards of our time? Pastor Ryan gives us the bad news about time, and the good news about time. Psalm 39:4-7 is our Scripture focus today.

We co-link a short series to our discipleship experience with some sermons on stewardship. Here Pastor Ryan introduces us to stewardship, and discusses a parable about loyalty to the Giver, using Luke 19:11-27 as our text. We learn to be A) loyal to the Giver B) content with the gift and C) investing eternally

Pastor Ryan now turns our gaze from the hard to the Heavenly, as we are to learn to be a people of joy. We look forward to the joy set before us, but even now, we practice the gift and promise of resurrection power: practice Sabbath, exact hospitality, rejoice in feasting - model this in our lives, use it as an invitation to others! Philippians 3:10-14 is our Scripture for today.

Our pursuit of Christ-likeness enters a difficult phase; to practice His suffering in our walk with Him. We consider His response to suffering, and we too learn to rest in our relationship with our Father, forgive our enemies, and focus on the joy set before us, as Jesus did. Phiippians 3: 10-11 is our focus passage.

Discipleship learned by becoming like Christ in service of ministry, to minister "works worthy of repentance" in the name of Christ.
