Mitchell Dudas was a professional dancer, trapeze instructor, and fitness coach whose life revolved around movement. But after years of chronic pain, multiple disc herniations, and a terrifying temporary paralysis scare, everything changed.
At just 34 years old, Mitchell was told his MRI looked like the spine of someone in their 60s. Doctors discovered severe cervical disc herniations compressing his spinal cord, leading to emergency surgery to avoid permanent paralysis.
But even after surgery, Mitchell was still living with chronic pain, sciatica, inflammation, and fear about his future.
That’s when he finally learned the real underlying issue: hypermobility.
In this episode, Mitchell shares how hypermobile spine instability contributed to years of injuries, failed rehab attempts, chronic pain, and eventually surgery — and how the Whealth Hypermobile Program helped him rebuild strength, regain confidence, and finally feel hopeful about the future again.
