After an unexpected perimenopause diagnosis, Katie Taylor founded The Latte Lounge, an online community to help support, educate and empower women across all areas of their midlife health and wellbeing. She is passionate about helping women thrive in their midlife, and this has inspired her to share her own experiences, along with others and comprehensive advice from over 45 experts, in her new book Midlife Matters.

Menopause for women is widely discussed, but men's andropause is given little attention - as testosterone depletes it can affect men's health in so many ways. The single biggest killer of men after 50 is heart disease and males aged 50 to 54 have the highest suicide rate of all. James has written the Midlife Male Handbook as a comprehensive resource designed to help men reclaim their vitality during andropause and reduce stigmas of men's health.
