POWER OUTAGE! Allison’s neighbourhood is suffering the after effects of an ice storm, leading to squabbles about the legendary ice storm of ’97 or ’98, these idiots don’t know.

Jon admits he doesn’t really have a system for remembering things and Allison offers unsolicited advice, which goes great.

Jon reveals he and Christina have joined a sports team with their “friends”.

They briefly get distracted by Alan Partridge and then they are on to MESSAGE TIME!

Our favourite (favorite in the US) Middle Child, Andrea, has a sweet story and a question for The Sibs, which warms their hearts while making them feel bad about their petty bullshit, but also reminisce about the magic of cassette tapes.

Brother and Sister don't know how to say words, and they share some embarassing school memories. Allison just has a visit with their parents, and once again MacBeth caused issues. Jon has suggestions of improvement for Maynard's Wine Gums and the Coen Brothers.

LISA LEFT A MESSAGE! Jon is so relieved his rash decision to suspend her from leaving messages for 5 episodes hasn't come between them. We find out what Lisa does, and what she was named "Most Likely To" in high school, leaving The Sibs to try and remember their senior years of high school.

Jay Brody is a ridiculously funny and talented radio host. We go through his career history, his dreams of being a wrestler, and his dalliance with UFO extremists.

He has nothing but stories, including the time someone tried to purchase him, being sexually harassed by a celebrity, and of course how he and Roddy Colmer ended up writing songs for Howard Stern.

Brother has a new musical obsession that he must share with Sister before the show can go on. Podmother Natalie Lisinska left The Sibs a message asking them to weigh in on a squabble with her husband: is there a right way to make a sandwich?

And they're off! Strong stances on lettuce, sauces, and bread - combined with an unwillingness to compromise - led to many small squabbles of their own. Attempying to define a sandwich does not go well. 

The Sibs square off in the most intense podcast battle to date... well, they talk about a bunch of cool stuff anyway.

Brother is home alone for the first time in years, and realizes that Jehovah's Witnesses are the best. Sister has returned from Costa Rica, but this time it was her best friend Amanda who got food poisoning.

Allison is a goodwill Ambassador. Jon drinks 2 beers. National anthems. Psychics. Trolls.                It's a real beauty.

Brother is on the road and forgot his microphone, but they’re going to make do because Sister has LISTENER UPDATES!

But first: Jon has finally started watching Mayor of Kingstown (see it on Paramount +), which Allison has been telling him to watch forever. And he loves it! It stars one of Allison’s birthday twins, so she does a quick Goog to find out who Jon shares a birthday with, mostly to annoy him.

We have an update from Cecelia (not her real name)! Last time she called it sounded like she was hiding in a closet, and wanted advice on meeting a funny guy. This time she wrote us a message, and it’s possible The Sibs are driven to violence.

Andrea (The Middle Child) let us know where she is from, and bit more about her Captain Boring situation.

Lisa - who was given a 5 episode ban from leaving a message (by Brother) LEAVES A MESSAGE. Will Brother storm out 2 episodes in a row?!?

Now with DOUBLE the Brother/Sister! Siblings Michael and Sherry Holmes (Holmes on Homes: Building a Legacy on Cottage Life; Holmes Family Rescue on HGTV) join Jon and Allison to talk childhood dynamics, working with your siblings, apologizing (or not) and more! 

In this dramatic episode we learn about Sherry's brain surgery, the alleged third Holmes sibling, and a water gun with with pee. Jon bonds with fellow parents Michael and Sherry, and Allison learns no one thinks carrying a grenade in your sock is a good idea.
