This week on the show we chat with Brenton Sanderson.
Sando was an OG Adelaide Crows player when they came into the AFL In 1991.
The path from then on was not smooth sailing. Traded, sacked and shipped across states.
Sando moved into coaching and that again has its bumps in the road.
He’s kicking goals now with his company Evolve Performance where he works to help professionals develop an elite mindset.
Keith Banks was on the verge of adulthood when he made the 2 hour trek via train to the police academy at 17 years of age. A career that would span 20 years. Keith found himself in situations some of us will only see on TV, from taking drugs for the first time at gun point to sitting beside a man as he pulled the pin on a hand grenade. This chat with Keith was eye opening to say the least and we hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
