People are running trying to find refuge from the pain, many and at a dead end when it comes to worship. This mini episode we chat about what to do, God cares, and ad wants to heal the pain His children have endured. Hey ladies!!!! Happy New Year to each of you!!! The last few weeks I been thinking about how #Hashtags fade. Over the years we have witnessed # BlackGirlMagic # SelfCare #UnBigMyBack and now we are on the #SoftGirlEra! While I love #Hashtags, like style the actions and movement seem to fade after time. I want us to walk in these with boldness and grace.

As we learn to embrace out Soft Girl Movement, I want to encourage us to unbig our hearts! There is nothing soft about a broken woman. We first must heal to walk in softness in every area if life. Forgive often, uproot bitterness and remove the rage. Doing so does NOT negate the pain, it does help heal the pain. Hey!!!! As we recap the year of 2023 this episode, I challenge you to find a place of worship! We can't keep talking about what God is doing without having relationship with Him. I know many of us have a bad taste about the assembly of the Saints. I encourage you to heal that area, and let God show you what love and healing looks like. In no way am I say your experience didn't happen and the pain isn't real, I want you to know God can heal. In some cases, we assume GOD doesn't deal with them, not for us to worry about. Revenge is for God not for us. God is waiting with open arms for you to lay the burden down. May you find village, healing, love, peace and joy in 2024!

Hey!!!! I decided to run it back, while the Holiday season is full of joy for some, others struggle with missing what was and what never happened. As you shop for gifts some are overwhelmed with grief because their list has changed drastically. When we start to live in rewind mode, it's easy for the enemy to make us think we have no reason to exist. The spirit of suicide is heavy around this time of year. wanted to remind you to stay in the fight I know it's hard because we are trained to cope and suppress out pain. No more we are lifting rugs and rear raging furniture. I will remain in prayer for those battling depression. It's heavy and most of the pain you didn't ask for. Please if you need help dial 988 for the Suicide Prevention Hotline. If it is life or death call 911, let them know you need help. My prayer is you find community to support and walk the journey with you. Embrace the love and support. I know it takes time to accept, stay the course and belive joy is coming.

I know the opinions of those of social media will make you think low of yourself. I want to challenge you to disconnect from them and their views. I want to encourage you to give God all your shame, guilt, embarrassment and regret. Allow the one who can make you clean and provide joy, peace, happiness and love the world can't give. I offered a prompt for us to ponder on, I'm a writer nothing like being able to review the answered prayers! In a world where technology has people doing any and everything to go viral for clicks and likes, the term influencer is growing. I want to talk to you about some people who influenced me long before social media was a thing. We are three years post covid, in the middle of touch economic times and battling a Mental Health Crisis the world can't keep up with. People have lost hope in the in the Church because fame and influence has taken over the pulpit. People are hurting I want to offer hope, I want to give you something to believe in the Holiday Season! We are going to take grief by the horn and no longer let the enemy win. God has given us wisdom and strength to endure this battle. First thing I want you to do is create your heart meter community. Those you trust to deposit when it gets low. Remember honesty is a prerequisite to receive anything. If you gotta lie to kick that's not your crew, abort mission and find more people.
