Bryan Kohberger's victims are suing Washington State University where the convicted killer was getting his doctorate degree. The Goncalves family says they are seeking accountability and transparency. Police reports reveal students and staff reported concerning behavior to the university about Kohberger's demeanor in class and also stalking behavior.
