Bubble Bath Stories

Sometimes they just wanna have an uncomfortable conversation. It’s makes for the best cringy-memories!

With that in mind, how hard is it to meet Parents? There’s always expectations, awkward silences & trails of outfits that didn’t make the cut! Who needs that?

This week, the conversation went to the past and Nicky Trendz wanted to know what it was like for Manny Oso. He’ll tell you all about one of his worst thanksgivings yet when his Ex met Mom. Weird though, since most of his Meet The Parents moments go great!

Not to be out done, Nicky will tell everyone how meeting her Mom was like battling The Boss in a video game. It just means Nancy’s tough, though!

This conversation leads into a higher one, as Manny Oso wants to know if it’s harder to meet Mom or Dad?

You tell us!

What is like meeting Parents on you end?

Is it easier for a BF to meet Dad or a GF to meet Mom?

What’s the worst outfit you were caught in while meeting Parents?

We wanna know!

Wow! When it rains it pours!

How good are you guys at keeping secrets? Hopefully better than these two people in recent headlines.

So in the middle of a game this month, former Buccaneers player, Antonio Brown removed his jersey and quit the team. Everyone knows about that! Well, the very next day Toilet-Licking-TikTok Star, Ava Louise decided that was her opportunity to tell everyone about the night they spent together.

Not to be out done, this week we also found out about a new contraceptive idea. Well, sorta. An Instagram model has decided to sue Drake after an encounter they had. Turns out, after their hook-up, Drake some hot sauce and…. Well, I guess everyone knows about that, too!

So here the thing, Nicky Trendz isn’t about this! Today’s epsiode, she really goes in on side-pieces that are ruining the game for everyone else. She’s all about Get Yo Money Honey & Secure The Bag, but she doesn’t think these two ladies are good examples of that. You’ll hear why!

But you tell us!

Do you think Drake’s Encounter has a case?

What was you reaction to the Hot Sauce Headline?

So it’s finally happened. Charlie Day, Glenn Howerton & Rob McElhenny have jumped on the bandwagon and started podcast together. It’s The Always Sunny Podcast, a watch-along podcast unlike any other.

Upon discovery, Manny Oso got Nicky Trendz on the buzz and of coarse they started binge watching this modern-day classic, again.

Today your host tell you about how they were first introduced to the show. Nicky recounts how Sweet Dee’s racist characters made her curious on the lack of uproar. (Which, Spoiler Alert!, it happens!)

Turns out, Manny Oso finds out that 5 different Sunny episodes have been pulled! All of which include Dee’s characters. This came to a shock for your host who found this strange when you compare the racist joke to all the other tasteless content they have.

Oh well, let’s see if The Gang ends up talking about it!

But you tell us!

How were you introduced to It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia?

What’s the most controversial dialogue you can’t get enough of from the show?

Which character do you relate to the most?

****spoiler alert****

Who hasn’t watched the show yet? Peacock’s Saved By The Bell has released their 2nd Season and the Rubber Ducky Gang is here to give you their take!

This season was packed full of laughs and smart writing. After finally getting the Douglas kids to stay at Bayside, the crew of Daisy, Mac, Lexi, Devante, Aisha and Jamie are ready for Spirit Week! Yeah, remember that one thing that took up part of an episode in the Original series. They made a whole season around it!

The series hits homerun with Nicky Trendz when they go over the Spanish Language Class and Latin-American Identity. Nicky loves how Aisha confronts the teacher and the curriculum for the undercover racism and A.C. Slater’s further development as full rounded Latino Character. That’s just the tip of the iceberg though, because the season makes a great attempt at tackling other social issues we confronted in 2020-21 in a very fluid and thought-out way.

Manny Oso is huge fan of the TV callbacks and meta humor. The show goes over the Old Gang’s past and plugs in some actor filmography for laughs. There are returns and re-do’s of some Bayside school traditions. An amazing homage is done for the late Dustin Diamond’s character, Screech. Pus, there’s a great season-long twist that just made Manny jump for joy when Nicky see’s he had predicted correctly.

(You know what, make sure you watch the Original series’ Chess episode, you’ll thank them later for that.)

This epsiode ends with major hopes for a 3rd season! Fans need to know if Zack wins his next election, do Daisy and Mac sparks flames, and shows us the Summer at The Malibu Beach Club episodes!

But you tell us!

What did you think of the new season?

What was the funniest scene?

What was the best call-back?

Is Mr. Bedding coming back?

You can watch This and other great shows on NBC’s Peacock App.

Hey Gang! It’s that time of the year, again. It’s getting cold out, green & red decorations are going up, and everyone is ready to travel!

Yes, a Karen’s favorite holiday season and one of them came out to fight last week!

Twitter got explosive when a user decided to go on the defense for her horrid customer service story, dealing with the car rental company Hertz in Brooklyn. You need to read the thread! The story goes from bad to worse in a matter of a day.

You can’t say “we’ve all been through it.” Because we haven’t. That’s Manny Oso’s opinion. After bringing this to the Bubble Bath to talk about, Manny makes sure to remind people about the importance of Time Management as a customer. Now, he’s no Big City Lawyer type, but working in the travel industry, Manny think he’s heard and seen enough to determine what REALLY happened.

Nicky brings this story up to emphasize the obvious virtue signaling. It’s funny how the person was all gung-ho for change and equality but the thread goes silent once word gets around that she got a refund.

The story itself is filled with holes, but the attention on it went national. All over people have chimed in with their own customer service stories. All going around the same lines. So strap yourselves in Duckies, this one got personal for Manny Oso.

But you tell us!

Do you think she was actually late?

Who should be to blame in a situation like this?

What do think about Overbooking in the Travel Industry?

But don’t take their opinion, read the Twitter thread for yourself:

Boy has it been a week!

Travis Scott’s infamous Astroworld Fest has been the focal point this week in the news. Tragically, 10 victims have passed since this recording. The Rubber Ducky Gang decided it was time talk.

The narrative of blaming the performer has had Nicky Trendz thinking how much accountability should be placed on the concert goers. Unpopular opinion, but do the concert goers need to learn etiquette and respect?

And Manny Oso has been fascinated with the expert opinions coming in. From Crowd Control Experts to Psychologist, this has been dissected in all ways that seem to point the fingers the promoters and venue operators.

The updates on this story don’t stop. Every day we’re getting news on the case or the victims.

But you tell us!

Where do you think the accountability lies?

Do you have a concert horror story?
