The Buffalo Bills (4-0) outlasted the New Orleans Saints (0-4) on an up and down Sunday at Highmark Stadium. James Cook paced the Bills offense with 117 rushing yards, and Josh Allen accounted for three touchdowns on the day. The Bills defense struggled to contain the Saints rushing attack, but the pass defense saw continued improvement from second year player Cole Bishop. Bishop nabbed a timely interception as the Saints threatened to score late in the first half.
