In this week's episode, your boys continue their conversation about Men's Mental Health, specifically talking about Derek's recent bout with Anxiety and Mike's therapy. Please note, we are both good. We all have struggles, but Mike and I are lucky to have a massive support system where we can chat about all things that are bothering us. We wanted to open up to you all to let you know it's okay to feel overwhelmed and anxious. With so much uncertainty and chaos we are exposed to every day, you need people to talk to about what's bothering you. Please do not feel that talking about your feelings is in anyway, shape, or form a weak move. We're here to tell you that even we struggle from time to time.
