Formerly the Fitt4Life Podcast — now Build Believe Become: The Podcast, part of the Fitt-On brand.
Alan Fitton here. Personal trainer, nutritional coach, life coach, and…
Honest, practical advice on fat loss, training, and mindset that you can actually use.
The whole point of this podcast is simple, to give you real value and education, so you actually understand why things work, not just what to do. Because when you understand it, you own it.
Most episodes are solo, Alan straight to the point, breaking things down in a way that makes sense whether you're just starting out or you've been at this for years. Occasional guests drop in when they've got something worth saying.
If you're tired of overcomplicated fitness advice and just want someone to cut through the noise, educate you without the overwhelm, and tell it like it is, you're in the right place.
This is for anyone building something. A better body, a stronger mindset, a bigger life. Whatever it looks like for you.
No shortcuts. Just showing up, learning, and doing the work.
Build. Believe. Become.
