Jimmy de Ville is a face many will know through various car-based TV shows, including Scrap Heap Challenge, Goblin Works Garage and many more. He's also been responsible for behind the scenes car builds on shows we all know and love, such as Top Gear & The Grand Tour - which includes a car made almost entirely out of animal bones and meat.

In this week's conversation recorded at the Classic Car Show at the NEC, Andy, Amy & John take a deep dive into the man that is Jimmy, his military background and some of the fantastic adventures that he's undertaken in his career.
