If you have to solve a complex math issue, with multiple variables…. Would you try to solve that in your head? Or pull out a pen and paper and write it down to look at it in front of you?
Our brains don't function very well with solving complex tasks, with multiple variables without seeing them. In exactly the same way many of the thoughts we run around with in our heads, questions, doubts, wonders and issues are pretty complex and tend to have too many variables involved for you to solve in your head. This is why journaling can be beneficial.
Today on this episode we are going to talk about; Why You Should Be Journaling and how you can go about starting a journaling practice for yourself.

Today marks the first day of a completely new year and what better time to pause, take a moment & reflect on the past year. New Year for many marks new beginnings. It often feels full of possibilities, hopes, plans & expectations – the best time to open a new chapter & head off to a fresh start. It is also the best time to reflect as well, to look back on the year that’s passed & recognize what could have worked well or what could have been done differently.
In today's episode, I am going to share with you a step-by-step guide on how to take an inventory of the year that just passed ad how to set goals that feel motivating for the new year that is starting.
In the past 10 years, we have really seen massive changes and advances in technology. Since the first smartphone came out they have developed to have 100x more functions than my first computer. This has brought us fantastic productivity tools and ways to stay connected, quite literally at our fingertips.
In this episode, I will explain digital boundaries why and how I got started, and hopefully inspire you to start creating some limits and rules about how you use your phone. For more detailed show notes, check out this link:
