It’s been 252 days since I last published an episode and so much has happened since then. I knew that I needed to talk about some of what’s been happening with me in this ’time to be silent’ because 1) it’s helped me grow and get through a really tough valley season and 2) I know so many of you are dealing with a lot of mental challenges, struggles and emotions in this wild and crazy year, from dealing with the pandemic, to job and business losses and furloughs, to kids being home, social injustices, and a million other things in between.

The world is out of control right now and our self care is mandatory if we are to survive and thrive going forward.
