What is your Bad Habit?

A question we will forever be asking ourselves, how do you become more confident? What are some things that have helped you change your mindset. Do you think its even possible to change it? 

Yep we are women, hear us roar. Some days we just aren't feeling it. Its hard to motivate others when you cant even motivate yourself sometimes. But here is the deal. Give yourself some slack. Like 10 minutes worth and just let it fly. Doesn't matter how big or small, they are your feelings, lets them out and move on with your life.
