Depression comes in many shapes and sizes. It's not one size fits all. It's so different for everyone and it hits us all differently. I wasn't expecting this to come on. I was fine when I went to bed and then woke up feeling so much pressure. Had I stayed at home, it may would have debilitated me. I hate even talking about it, but its time to open up.

Trying to mash up our training days into one episode instead of a ton. Melissa and I will give yall some insights on how training for our first trail half marathon. Hopefully we will keep you entertained as well as give you tips that you can try. In return, we would love to hear some of your training tips! 

And I thought I was bad on caffeine.  Add that to a 7 year old x's 2, and its a disaster. Welp guess its time for a detox!

Three women trying to plan a trip, with three different schedules, yea have fun with that. Not to mention we wanna do it all, so picking just one is a JOB.

Call us crazy, we are doing it again. You technically could say we are only half crazy, buts lets be honest, any time you run you are fully crazy! lol 

I swear as a Woman these seasons come more than I change my undies. JK But really, its life.  Melissa and I decided to try and talk some of it out with yall. It really does help to say it out loud and figure out a plan! And a plan was made. Lets see how it helps. Or makes it worse, who knows.

My favorite thing. I will buy a pair of shoes at the drop of a hat guys. Ya feel me girls! Well except Melissa. its like pulling teeth to get her to get a good pair. her feet will thank me one day! Do yall have a favorite pair of shoes? Lets here it!

Netflix and Hulu, shame on you. Looks like hallmark it is from now own. I just cant handle the grossness of what they call film.
