They say tis the season to be jolly, but quite truly it is the season when holiday depression kicks in for many people. With the pandemic affecting so many, holiday cheer may feel impossible to achieve.

As I continue to journal in my 21-day-rewiring-the-mind journey, I realize there are two kinds of likes: selfless or selfish. Ask yourself are you liking someone out of convenience or because you truly like and care for the person.

A new journey has begun and this journey is called rewiring the brain. I’m learning to rewire my brain from thinking and operating in lack to thriving and truly living in abundance.

The holiday season is upon us and of course this is the time for ghost baes from the past to creep back into our lives; this is an opportunity for us to show our growth or to show that we still need to learn the same lesson.
