A survey of over 900 dancers was conducted and this user created a post consolidating and reporting back some staggering stats about the ballet/dance world as a whole. PLEASE look at her post, read it, digest it, make internal change. As a dancer and instructor myself, I refuse to perpetuate this disgusting behavior.
