There was never a time when Jesus’ life was not under some attack of siege, attack or threat of destruction especially from religious leaders of the day. They thought they had silenced Him once and for all with His crucifixion; yet, we know that on the third day, even that burial plot’ couldn’t hold Him. These dark forces unfortunately are still hard at work today trying to silence His message. It certainly takes courage to follow Jesus knowing that we will face these challenges. But rejoice greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world!
