In our Reiki share this month, we held a Burning Bowl ceremony to let go of a year that was very difficult for many, 2020 and to invite the energies and conditions we would like to welcome in 2021. It was so powerful, and so many of you emailed that you were disappointed that you missed it, that I turned the recording into our Podcast this week.

If YOU have anything you would like to let go of from 2020 (and there are some great suggestions in the podcast), or any time really, I invite you to join us in this fun yet powerful experience.  You will need a candle, an oven proof bowl, a notepad and pen for the journey.
