Business Energetics and Healing with Rae Embrey

I am so excited to have Rae Embrey back on Spirit School! In our previous episode, Rae was talking to us about animal communication and healing. Today, she is here to share about her Business Energetics & Healing sessions and the layers that are involved. Rae is a huge part of my self care! She and I met in a business mastermind and we have since become good friends. I hire her every month to do energy clearing and energy alignment sessions for myself and my business. Rae is also our guest mentor in the Spirit School Collective this month and I am excited for her to share more in that space!

Rae says that we see anything out of perfect flow as misalignment

Trust the first spark of the idea and that it may just need tweaking

Things come up for us to heal and reflect to see our value

A relationship doesn’t end after one argument. It requires work.

Danielle talks about us not wanting to sit in discomfort

Rae says misalignment often shows up as a persistent negative headspace

Things may look good from the outside but there may be internal struggle

When chaos is the baseline, calmness activates nervous system

Meditation and receiving healing help Rae to be clear and intentional

Danielle says that the things from the previous month are no longer an issue

People newer to their spiritual journey are more gradual with shifts

Clients move through layers and it feels like an elevation each time

The beings present in sessions depend on the client and their energy

Colours that the body and energy centers are craving show up

People may come when they are feeling misaligned or empty

Rae sees potentials but doesn’t predict the future and believes in free will

She is shifting her energy towards a podcast, membership and mentorship

Rae is also an astrologer and uses transits to understand patterns

Family dynamics show up in patterns throughout life

Finding clarity around what you value helps you find alignment

Nature, meditating, healing, her dogs and friends are self care for Rae
