Being proactive versus reactive won't just affect the operations within the business, it'll affect your ability to actually grow and scale your business.
The more that you lose control over your business, the more that it can actually wear down on you emotionally and your employees, and then more reactive that they become.
Starting somewhere, even if it's a pen and paper is going to be better than not doing that at all, because it's going to take it and actually make it tangible. It gives you kind of this baseline to build upon because without that, you know, you're going to just constantly be going in circles.
It doesn't have to be complicated. But simply just starting somewhere with wherever your business is, you become reactive when you haven't taken the time to think through potential challenges. I promise you showing up to do that is going to be a blessing .
So, you know, when you show up for your business, you're able to show up for your family. I believe when you become a better entrepreneur you just naturally become a better spouse, you become a better parent, and you just become a better person overall. So at the end of the day, the goals should always be to be proactive within your business, to think through potential setbacks .
