In this episode hear Tim talk about how not caring about your birthday can reveal a lack of self-confidence. There's gotta be a question of whether you value yourself enough as to why you might be saying you don't want to celebrate another year of life. I mean you've probably made an impact in at least one person's life, meaning you know so to celebrate another year of life is to celebrate the wins that you've had in other people's life. That's really what a birthday is about that you've made it through another year of life to be a part of this world, to bless others and to give back.

"I have to tell you that there were a couple of days where I was fixated on what was going wrong in my life. I was fixated on the disconnecting communication. I was fixated on what I was displeased with, what I was frustrated with and and to no surprise. I mean, that's what I was getting out of my days. I can be very hard on myself because I wanted the better, so I can be better for other people. And so a lot of the struggles that I go through is self-sabotage."

Motherhood is definitely not for the faint of heart and it can definitely be very challenging! I have to say that I don't know if most dads would be able to handle what most moms go through.

If you give people the benefit of the doubt you'll find they want to do right by others. They don't want to be mean or selfish or stressed out. Put others before yourself as you might be the only person that they're able to interact with openly and that will build a level of trust that I can't even begin to explain.

Tim believes that all decisions build upon the previous decision. So, if you're scared to actually make a decision and claim a goal and step into something, then you're going to find that you're going to be more stressed out. 100% of people have something that they could be thankful for and proud of that they've accomplished. I often realize that if I don't slow down and take the time to celebrate my wins then I really struggle in my days and my weeks because ultimately I'm just falling into this never ending cycle of working in trying to achieve more and more and more

Then I would challenge you to really slow down and try to take a good look at your business and current systems and processes and see if there's something that is simple or basic that you omitted that you forgot about because you were so eager to achieve that success and just propel forward into your grand plan and vision.
