For The Dads is for every guy who needs a place to talk, vent, and laugh about all the insane, hilarious, and chaotic sh** (sometimes literal) that comes with being a dad.

Hosted by Will Compton–NFL Vet, creator of Bussin' With the Boys, and proud dad of two. This show isn’t about expert advice and how fatherhood is the greatest thing on earth—it’s about embracing the love and suck of parenthood every day. From balancing work and family to battling the mental load, fears, and the moments that wreck you in the best way, we dive into it all with honesty, vulnerability, and a sense of humor. Cause at the end of the day... us dads have no idea what we're doing.

Alongside Will is his producer Sherman Young, a soon-to-be dad who’s currently enjoying his last few months of uninterrupted sleep and freedom. Together, they’ll break down everything that can go right and wrong (...usually wrong) when you bring tiny humans into this world.

Expect funny parenting stories, laughs, call-ins, advice, weekly themes, and the kind of conversations you’d have over a cold beer in the garage. Whether you’re raising teens or still Googling “how to install a car seat”, For the Dads is the ultimate podcast for dads who are in it, about to be in it, or just trying to do their best while screwing it up along the way.

In this episode of Bussin’ With The Boys, the guys kick things off with a classic high-energy intro before diving into a full recap of their 4th of July weekend, packed with laughs and stories. The conversation then takes a wild turn with talk about the UFC potentially heading to the White House, followed by early thoughts and hype around the newly announced EA Sports College Football 26 video game. Josh Pate makes it clear he’s fully on board the Nebraska train, while the boys dub Notre Dame “Legacy U” and stir up a spirited debate between Cam Newton and Jalen Hurts.

Then, the main event begins as 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy joins the pod. He shares his journey from being recruited to Iowa State to his unforgettable NFL Draft experience. The boys officially declare October as “Brocktober” while Brock reflects on his rookie year in San Francisco, including his legendary bond with Trent Williams—who he hilariously refers to as his “binkie.” He opens up about taking over the Niners starting job from Trey Lance, undergoing Tommy John surgery, and the emotional rollercoaster of the NFC Championship game.

Brock also discusses what it was like to lose Deebo Samuel mid-season, reacts to an “anonymous” quote from Taylor saying he's not the guy, and gives a behind-the-scenes look at Super Bowl week. The conversation closes with a look back at the struggles of last season and what he expects from this upcoming year with the Niners roster full of Christian McCaffrey, George Kittle, Brandon Aiyuk, and Nick Bosa under head coach Kyle Shanahan.

As always, the biggest of hugs and the most tiny kisses. Enjoy!

On this week’s Best of the Bus, we’re throwing it back to when the boy, Josh Allen, joined the bus.

The guys immediately dive into Josh being the latest Madden cover athlete and what that whole process was like. Will asks for his thoughts on the Madden curse and whether he thinks it’ll affect him.

Then, the boys get into the Bills’ season and the wild ride it was. Josh recaps the night of the Damar Hamlin incident, sharing what that moment was like from a teammate’s perspective—how scary it was, and how the players ultimately decided they weren’t going to finish the game.

Taylor brings up some classic matchups between the Titans and Bills, including the 2020 COVID game where the Titans didn’t practice all week but still managed to beat the Bills.

The guys jump all over the place—from Will asking Josh if white defensive players belong in the league, to swapping old stories about getting sick from alcohol.

Josh is really just one of the boys—super laid-back, funny, and open. If you haven’t heard this one yet, you’ll definitely enjoy it. And if you have, enjoy it again!

He is joined by Sherman Young, whose first born is just days away, so Will share the highs and lows of having your first child. Sherm, understandably nervous and anxious to start his journey into fatherhood, confides in Will his excitement and trepidations for the arrival of his daughter, Scarlett.

Will starts out by throwing around names for the For The Dads community. Then Sherm talks to Will about his worries regarding getting enough sleep once Scarlett is born. Plus, Will talks Sherm through delivery room do's and don’ts and Sherm gets emotional talking about the pending arrival of his daughter. The boys take a call from a disappointed Husker Girl Dad, and Will devises a plan to help his daughter understand jerseys aren’t just for boys. For the message of the week, Will delivers a "letter to Sherm" welcoming him into “The Fatherhood.”

We hope you enjoy! Let us know in the comments what you'd like to see more of.

In this episode of Bussin’ With The Boys, Will Compton and Taylor Lewan dive into an epic conversation with three-time Super Bowl champion, legendary Chiefs tight end, and co-host of the New Heights podcast, Travis Kelce. Will kicks off the intro by recapping Tight End University and Taylor Swift’s epic surprise concert. Taylor Lewan wins big in Vegas, plus there’s a UFC 317 recap.

Then the interview kicks off with Travis sharing hilarious stories about getting into acting alongside Adam Sandler, and they chat about how New Heights is absolutely crushing it and landing unreal guests. The conversation turns serious with thoughts on becoming a better leader and confronting the mortality of being an NFL player. The guys joke about Jason Kelce being the favorite kid in the Kelce household and open up about how uncomfortable being in front of the camera can feel at first.

They debate whether the Chiefs got lucky last year and consider what life might look like after football. A wild story about a “Welcome to the NFL” moment with Clay Matthews comes up, and Travis drops the bombshell that Catching Kelce was the worst thing he’s ever done. They get candid about the viral relationship with Taylor Swift and discuss how TEU has grown so big it’s become a must-attend event for tight ends everywhere.

Things get light-hearted as they answer what they’d do anything for when it comes to Bud Light, and of course, they wrap up with a classic Shoutout No Free Shoutout. Don’t miss this jam-packed episode full of laughs, real talk, and behind-the-scenes stories from some of football’s biggest personalities!
