In this episode I share the excitement of getting my new truck and talk about the camping trip I'm about to go on. Forgot to update the physical activity and its been going good but not great. Still working out with no cardio:( I did play basketball the other day with Tyler and it definitely got my lungs going. So I plan on doing a little bit of cardio while we are on this camping trip but nothing too crazy so I don't smell too much or get too sweaty.
