Didn't do an intro for this one cause I wanted to get right into the conversation. We have our amazing friend Trevor Tyers back on and as I always say, I think this is my favorite episode. We didn't have a game plan other than talking about mental health.  We did talk about mental health but for only a moment. Instead, we just went off on a hundred different tangents and just had a good time so hopefully that translates.
