Welcome to episode 1 of Busy Brains Hub’s podcast show where we explore how to live a balanced-ish life.
(Psst… are you on IG, TikTok or Youtube? I share additional resources, teasers, comedy sketches and more via these channels, if that’s of interest please come join me there too 🤗)
To kick off episode one I explain a little bit about the intention behind the show including the meaning behind “Busy Brains” and who this show is intended for.
In a nutshell, this show is for neurodivergent people from all walks of life. Whether you’ve been formally diagnosed, you’re self-diagnosed, you have a subclinical condition or you identify as neurodivergent, this show aims to provide coaching, nutrition, biohacking tips and more in a relatable and (hopefully!) humorous and light-hearted way.
Of course it’s early days for this show here, so please let me know what you thought, what you’d like to hear more about by dropping a comment below and/or sharing this episode with a friend.
All the best,
Loz (They/Them)
Ps. The Australian who coined the term “Neurodiversity” is Judy Singer, a sociologist whose work has often focused on the autistic community and the need to recognise the diversity within the spectrum.
