After our rant on last week's episode, we only felt that it was appropriate to bring attention to two cases of missing BIPOC. After a real time Brink of Tears, Marissa shares the case of the missing Indigenous woman, Ashley Loring Heavyrunner, who vanished on a Montana reservation in 2017. Then Anna tells us of the missing persons case of LaQuanta Riley, who seemingly vanished into thin air from Alabama in 2003.

Ashley was 20 years old at the time of her disappearance. She is described as being 5’2” tall and weighing about 90 lbs. She has brown hair and brown eyes. She would be 24 years old today. Anyone with information on Ashley’s whereabouts is asked to call the Salt Lake City FBI at (801) 579-1400 or (800) CALL-FBI or tips.fbi.gov.

LaQuanta Riley was 19 years old when she went missing in 2003. She would be 37 now. She has brown eyes and black hair, and at the time of her disappearance she was 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighed 200 pounds. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a green and yellow shirt, and green and yellow Reebok sneakers. Her ears and tongue are pierced; she was wearing a silver barbell in her tongue and a silver chain bracelet when she went missing. She has a tattoo that says “RIP Mesha on one bicep and one that says “LaQuanta” on the other. If you have any information about LaQuanta, please contact the Montgomery Police Department at 334–241–2350.
