He started his journey of exploring himself from not knowing what talent he might posses and somehow figured acting might be something he could be good at.

He started with making YouTube videos at home trying different characters and when TikTok came across he grabbed every possible attention he could from his acts and improving himself all along and he is planing to pursue acting as a career.

He believes if life is a struggle, why not struggle pursuing his interest & in life no matter what he doesn’t want to fail as a son.

In this episode I’ve invited Shristi Dii. She is an electrical engineer by profession and a all time bibliophile. She also loves to do art journal among many other hobbies she has.

And yeah, she also has her own podcast, A Little About A Lot. And one of the thing I like about her is she finds time to practice all her hobbies and shares content around them in Instagram & she is very consistent with that.

She really has a special place in her heart for books and encourages and helps other to improve their reading habits through books hauls, book recommendations & reviews she does and shares with her insta fam.

In this episode, i’ve invited Prajwal Poudel. He is 19 years old student who preaches minimalism through his digital art.

We talked about how Prajwal got into line art / minimalistic art & the concept of minimalism & how less is actually more & how it gives you peace of mind and how it liberates us from clutters and our insecurities.

& then we dived into our personality traits talking about how we see ourselves and how much we are aware about our feelings & intentions and how we present ourselves to others.

In this episode I’ve invited Akanchha Karki. She is a theater artist and a mental health practitioner.

She is very passionate about theater & not only passionate  but she also has backed up her passion with academics studying theater major on her undergrads & counseling psychology on her masters.

She now has a team of theater practitioners grouped and named as Katha Ghera. With her team, they have been doing very influential and impactful plays on their own black box theater, Kausi Theater & outdoors as well.

In this episode we’ve also tried to shed some light on feminism and patriarchy along with theater and psychology. Akanchha dii, with all the experiences and because of her thoughtful personality has a lot to offer on those topics.

For me personally it was a very influential conversation with Akanchha Dii.

In this episode I’ve invited Bishal Basnet. He is a trekking guide and it’s been 3 years he is engaged in tourism, but how he got into it is a very unique story.

Tourism was something very unexpected for him while he was pursuing his bachelors in IT. But, after when he went for his first trek [ Manaslu Trek ] he was sure trekking was something he wanted to do and he dropped out from IT and went all into trekking and tourism. He has been to 50+ districts of Nepal already.

One of the thing I liked about Bishal is, he knows what he is doing and where that will take him. He has a very positive attitude towards life and he always chooses to look for positive side of any circumstances.

He is self aware that, he is the one who is going to make his dreams turn into reality and no one else is going to do it for him and he shouldn’t expect that from others.

& most importantly he is curious towards life and he is willing to explore what it has to offer.

In this episode I’ve invited Kareena Shrestha. She is a passionate makeup artist from Chitwan. She is now working on her business part of her passion and striving for professionalism.

Kareena was into makeup since her school life and after her +2 she explored more on make up and started pursuing it as a passion.

After working for couple of years and learning from the best makeup artists, she started doing it herself and started paying for it and now she is opening her own beauty lounge soon named as Creative Contour Beauty Lounge.

One of the things I liked about Kareena is that she is aware that she has a lot to learn and she doesn’t know what’s coming but she is ready to take risk for what she want out of her life.

In this episode I’ve invited Kushal Singh aka @shadowmunky . He is from Kathmandu. He does 3D art illustrations and visual effects. He is a self-learned artist. Recently he has started his own animation studio, @studiohades.np

I personally love his work and it’s cool watching his 3D illustrations. He have already done some amazing projects with amazing teams which is admirable for a 3 years of newbie getting into this field. But honestly, I wasn’t expecting that he was just 3 years into this field looking at his work.

He started out doing projects as favors because it was fun for him and gradually started getting paid for it. But still this field and the artists engaged in it hasn’t gotten the proper recognition.

He is hopeful that this field is definitely going to blow up and he’ll be ready for it.

In this episode I’ve invited Purnima Chudal. She is from Birtamode, Jhapa. She is studying psychology in Kathmandu.

She is a proud stammer and she believes stammering is a part of her but during her childhood she thought only if she wasn’t a stammer she would do wonders but as she grew up she realized her stammering is a blessing in disguise.

She has a very positive attitude towards her life and she realizes that if she wants to improve her stammering she need to do something about it.

She posted her introduction video as a pursuit of that which went viral and lots of people appreciated her courage and she was able to create lots of awareness around stammering between stammers and non-stammers.

Purnima is very grateful for the support she have got from her friends, family and all the people & she wants to take that support as a power to improve herself and help other stammers and create awareness around stammering.

In this episode I’ve invited Sajal Joshi Dae. He is the CEO & CO-FOUNDER of Helmets Nepal. Helmets Nepal is a one stop solution for all your ride needs. They advocate for road safety.

Helmets Nepal is a really good example of it being started as a simple problem solving startup and now scaling up to the heights of corporate business.

Sajal dae is and always had been an average person since the beginning & he believes being an average was the best thing that could happen to him when he accidentally stumbled to become an entrepreneur which wasn’t his dream, in fact he says he never had “life goal” kind of thing.

I personally learned a lot from this conversation with Sajal Dae, lots of practical things and lots of ideas and entrepreneurial stuffs.

In this episode I’ve invited Ruchika Shakya. She is 26 years old architect and interior designer residing in Kathmandu.

After graduating from Kathmandu Engineering College, she started working on one of renowned and influential firm for past two years and recently she has started doing freelance projects as well. She describes she is in the transitional phase of starting her own practice but she is patient about it. She is focusing on one project at a time and  being mentally prepared for the transition which she believes she’ll execute within one more year.

The most practical thing we discussed is we need to work under someone whose work we admire and take inspiration from before we jump into starting our own thing, what that does is it gives us air cover to our mistakes and we get to learn a lot from our mentors.

Apart from that Ruchika shared a lot about her profession and the pros and cons that comes along with her profession & she is very sweet when it comes to her dogs and she can talk about them all day everyday.

I really had a good time talking to her. And I hope you guys will like her as well.
