In this episode, we have Shirish Rajbhandari dae. He is a CrossFit Level-01 coach & recently worked as S & C [ Strength & Conditioning ] coach with Nepal National Football Team and he’s certainly one of the best coaches of Nepal.

Shirish dae believes CrossFit is not just a fitness regimen but also a way of living and it’s an escape for him. We really had a jam on this topic because I also happen to love doing CrossFit and it has impacted my life in many different ways.

In this episode, we have Bipana Lama. She is a travel enthusiast and she is learning & exploring nature healing processes.

In this episode we have Danish Adhikari. The guy behind @thehungrywords. Danish is a 20 year old happy soul who believes happiness comes when you accept both the good and bad things life has to offer.

Talking to him I realized being a down to earth person will always play a good karma. Being a sensitive person and even going through all his childhood and teenage isolated and not getting back appreciation, love and anything in general, no matter what it has always been about giving more than he asks.

He loves people, he loves food, he loves to read, he writes everyday and he just falls in love with every little things and his heart his full of gratitude.

In this episode we have Aditi Gurung. Aditi dii is a fitness coach and nutritionist. She is making an impact on people’s lives through fitness.

At the age of 25 years, she suffered from period irregularities, severe hypothyroidism and high blood pressure because of the sedentary lifestyle which resulted her into gaining weight.

And now 10 years down the line she is a fitness coach, nutritionist and she does online coaching & helps her clients achieve their fitness goal without having to quit their favorite food and she makes it fun.

In this episode we have Dr. Tanya Uprety. She is an aspiring Dermatologist.  Her journey to becoming a dermatologist starts from her acne problem in her teenage.

Pursuing dermatology is like pursuing her purpose to Dr. Tanya as she herself has suffered from acne problems and overcame it and now she is  helping others overcome it as well through clinic and through social media.

She shares research based knowledge regarding skin care and skin problems on her @skinharmonybydr.tanya Instagram page & she does it in a really fun and aesthetic way.

We talked about how Suman Chhetri started Jokes Nepal as a meme page to make people laugh and now Jokes Nepal is about to start as a registered media company.

Consistency and team work is what Suman believes are the pillars to the success of Jokes Nepal and they are still in the process of building other pillars for the foundation from where they can embark their journey ahead.

It was very humbling and inspiring conversation with Suman.

She has a very upbeat personality and i really enjoyed our talk.

In this episode we have Riwaz Thakuri. He is a football freestyler from Kathmandu. He has been doing this for the last 5 years.

Football freestyle being in the early stage of its evolution in Nepal, Riwaz and the boys has really brought it to the next level in these past years and they feel the responsibility of taking this sport to the another level and as Riwaz says, “If we don’t do it, who will?”

Riwaz and his team is being very resourceful and trying to find ways to monetize his passion so that they could create opportunities for themselves and the coming generation who will be pursuing football freestyle as a passion.

In this episode we have Ishu Pandey, co-founder of CraftKitchen. CraftKitchen is a home based cloud kitchen  offering unique theme based table setups.

It started out of willingness to do something related to food between two food loving sisters, Ishu & Ipsha.

Of course, if it’s a business you have to be sustainable if not profitable & CraftKitchen according to Ishu dii is quite margined and they are solely focused on the quality of their service rather than quantity which in speculation will help them establish both quality and quantity while they scale up very patiently.

Apart from business side of it, CraftKitchen gives Ishu dii and her partner [ Ipsha ] inner satisfaction which is the major motivation for them to keep doing it.
