  • 010 - Let’s Talk with Abhimat
In this episode I’ve invited Abhimat Subedi.  He has just finished his bachelor’s exams in BSC. He is interested in Astrology and Spirituality.
He is a member in a community called DEATH TALKS, where they talk about death and how understanding it’s essence could really improve the way we live.
He has experienced near death experiences two times in his life and he says that has changed his perspective about death.
Talking about death is taboo among us. That is something we shouldn’t be talking about. Instead we should talk about life, right?
Yeah, but Abhimat says talking about death and understanding it’s essence and seeing it with a different perspective can also enlighten our life.
It creates gratitude and clarity in your life and helps diminish ego and entitlement.
I had really good time talking with him and now I am more comfortable talking about death and have a perspective that enlightens and not cripples me.
He also says everyone fears death but when you realize that you have no control over it - the only thing you could do to not be crippled by it is to accept it and live life more humbly.
