Because, if that arc has proven anything to fans, it's that Ian is capable of doing anything that won't sit well with the fans.  And all they want, is for Ian to stop with this teasing of something bad happening, and just write a good story without so much drama in it.

And the reason being, that they've already planted the seeds a few weeks ago with Paul Heyman showing up on RAW and confronting Cody Rhodes.  Now, all they have to do, is build upon that leading into Mania.

Why?  Because Ian knows that fans would get on him for doing such a thing, especially if their long-time fans of the overall American Sonic comics, cause, they've been there before with Sonic and Sally, and don't want to go there again.

Also, he knows SEGA and IDW wouldn't be too happy with him either.

So I don't believe, we have anything to worry about (hopefully).

Seems with both ladies going gooey and melty, that maybe the direction @Povar22 (TROUBLETRO) is heading with this story and these leading ladies.

IMHO, It does seem to be leading in the direction, especially with MrInternetMan writing the script.

But am I right?

Let's Discuss.

Which (from what I understand) is true.  So for anyone wondering that. Here, let me explain why.

In a recent Valentine's Day Bumblekast Q&A, Ian Flynn was asked on how he went about getting Sonic and Sally back together in Archie Sonic Issue 222.  And the answer he gave was pretty much what a lot of us figured it would be.

So I don't think anyone has anything to truly worry about for right now.  Not until the comic reaches perhaps 75 to 100+ issues, then you may have to concern yourselves.
