  • More Returns Are To Come Under Triple H Going In 2023. But When Is Enough Enough With The Returns?e To Come Under Triple H Going In 2023. But When Is Enough Enough With The Returns?

IMHO, I think enough will be enough, when Hunter has a big enough roster to balance all of the championship divisions, and at least everyone has a storyline to be involved in, that fans can get invested in, along with great matches to accompany them.

  • Vince McMahon Trying To Make A Return To WWE Not As Easy As He Believes

From David of The Pro Wrestling World's Facebook page:

A lot of people are acting like Vince McMahon can just walk back into power in WWE... these people are showing that they really don't understand how public corporations work.

There are two ways. The extremely unlikely next to impossible scenario, is the board voting to reinstate him. Most of the board wanted Vince gone, with WSJ actually saying that a member of the board secretly liked the sex stuff in the first place.

Option 2... the nuclear option. Vince McMahon can simply vote to replace the board entirely, and override them. This would be a disaster. Most if not all the major investors would exit the company, as they have representatives on the board.

In addition, he'd be firing Triple H, Stephanie McMahon, and Nick Khan, in a single shot. It would take WWE stock, costing Vince untold millions. It would essentially run the risk of burning WWE to the ground.

A company can make money, and go into bankruptcy because of a stock collapse, and such an action from Vince would run the risk of that.

It would also open the door to a full fledged SEC investigation, because if Vince took the nuclear option, and appointed himself chairman of a handpicked board... he would be ignoring rules and ethics agreed to by, for the SEC, and that's a killer bee nest right there, I wouldn't want to poke.

Plus, the board opted not to charge him with embezzlement even though they said that Vince used company's funds without consulting the board, and hid their use from the company, to pay off all the women. They still have that option, and if Vince made a play to unseat them, they could press charges... which would lock up the entire corporate structure in place, and render Vince Meaningless.

So yea... Vince ain't coming back y'all. HE didn't have much hope before, but now with new sexual assault allegations... Vince is gone, for good.

    ~David"

  • Discussion: If Friendship is Magic Had a Final Comeback Arc, What Would You Want it To Be About? (THE 500TH PODCAST)

    IT'S PODCAST #500!

    https://www.equestriadaily.com/2022/12/discussion-if-friendship-is-magic-had.html

    From  @Equestria_Daily  :

"We are a few years out from Friendship is Magic at this point, and the swarm of colorful cartoon horses we left behind are still getting loads of fan art, fanfics, and general interest across the ponynet. It's clear that the G4 fandom is still strong while we consume G5.

Imagine a world where Hasbro is paying attention and wants to throw one final arc of content at the G4 fandom. What would you want it to be about? Do we continue where we left off with older mane 6 and giant Twilight? Or would you like it to take place before all of that happened?

    Discuss below~"

  • Mandy Rose Released By WWE For Breaching Her WWE (Mattel) Contract

    From Fightful.com:

""Fightful has learned that WWE felt they were put in a position where they needed to release her due to what they considered the explicit nature of the content on her FanTime page. They considered this to be outside the parameters of her WWE contract."

Not gonna link it, but Mandy's stuff wasn't just teasing pics, she apparently took full nude ones. I admit, it's kinda weird because WWE would post all the time and make videos of how attractive Mandy Rose is and then they just fire for the same thing. Though I guess it's because WWE can't profit over it?"

As now being reported, Mandy Rose Breached WWE’s agreement with Mattel, which she knew it could get her in trouble with the company. As she was originally supposed to defend her title next month, the match took place last night due to this reason"

  • Vince McMahon eyes potential WWE comeback amid new legal demands from two alleged assault victims.

    From FOX NEWS:

"Former WWE chairman and CEO Vince McMahon, who announced his resignation and subsequent retirement over the summer following a barrage of misconduct allegations, is interested in making a comeback despite facing newly surfaced legal demands from two women alleging sexual misconduct, according to a report from the Wall Street Journal.

Documents reviewed by the news outlet revealed that McMahon received a letter from former wrestling referee Rita Chatterton on Nov. 3 demanding $11.75 million in damages following a three-decade-old accusation that McMahon raped her in a limousine.

Her letter cites "years of ongoing depression, substance abuse, disordered eating, lost income, and overall a decreased quality of life."

A separate demand emailed to McMahon’s attorneys in November and reviewed by the Wall Street Journal accused McMahon of assaulting a former spa manager in 2011 at a California hotel. According to the report, she alleged the assault happened while McMahon was in town for a WWE event.

She reported the incident to the resort at the time of the alleged assault, sources told the outlet.

Spokesmen for WWE, the company’s independent board members and McMahon declined to comment to The Wall Street Journal. McMahon’s attorney did not respond to the outlet’s request for comment.

Sources with knowledge of McMahon’s comments told the paper that the former WWE CEO is refusing the pay settlements to the two women and that he intends to return to the company after stepping down in June.

"He has said that he received bad advice from people close to him to step down and that he now believes the allegations and investigations would have blown over had he stayed, these people said," the WSJ report read.

WWE did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.

McMahon announced his retirement in July, adding that his daughter, Stephanie, would take over as co-CEO along with current WWE President Nick Khan.

According to a previous report from The Wall Street Journal, McMahon was under investigation from the company’s board for an alleged secret $3 million payment to a former employee he supposedly had an affair with.

The board’s investigation into the issue began in April, when other nondisclosure agreements over misconduct claims from former workers against McMahon and head of talent relations, John Laurinaitis, were revealed, according to the report.

McMahon has previously denied the allegations made by Chatterton."
