Because when you think about it, MIZ has never been in the overall WWE Championship WrestleMania 37 plans, also he's currently in a program with Bad Bunny.    

A program that is schedule to result in a tag match at Mania.  

Also, even he did cash in, he was STILL wasn't the WWE Title Plans For Mania.    

So, unless things have changed or will be changing, expect MIZ to drop the title before WrestleMania.
