Sally's Famous Potato Salad

• 10 Russet potatoes 
• 1 small yellow onion diced 
• 3 stocks of celery, chopped
• 3-5 hard boiled eggs. Sliced 
• Miracle whip to taste. (Some people don’t like it and we realize that, but it has to be Miracle Whip or it’s not Sally’s Potato Salad)
• Squirt of yellow mustard (long Squirt)

1. Mix it all up, try not to mash the potatoes.  
2. Sprinkle top with a bit of salt, pepper and paprika. 

Dawnie's Pro Tip- decorate the top with green and black olives. This gives the saltiness of the olives with the sweetness of the potato salad!!
