A testament to our Santa Cruz Mountains AVA, and the product of a particularly difficult vintage which produced only 30% of the normal yield, this triumph offers bright cherries, and a slight tartness reminiscent of a strawberry-and-rhubarb recipe. Classic notes of dry earth add to the complexity, and culminate in a tireless bright finish. Pair with dried fruit & nuts, and dishes with Feta cheese, olives, arugula, parmesan.
