Byte Sized Blessings | Paranormal Stories, Divine Encounters & Magical Happenings!

Hi all, it is with great pleasure that I introduce you to Paloma Estevez, one-half of the duo Sun & The Saint! (you'll meet Reed tomorrow!) Leaning into her ancestral genetics (it's all about creativity and talent, people!) Paloma has reimagined her life into one that is filled with much of what she's always wanted-a band she loves, a partner (in life and the band!!) who is all about hard work and fun (because you should never forget about FUN!) and so much possibility...and for Paloma (and Reed, who you'll meet tomorrow ;-)), at this point, the sky's the limit!

Our conversation was truly delightful, and hearing her stories helped me understand that it is only through hard work, and deep dreaming, that we all can attain our desires! To check out Sun & The Saint, here is their website!

To view their really groovy and FUN Insta, click here!

And to check them out on Spotify, click here! Hooray!

PLEASE REMEMBER TO RATE AND REVIEW, IT MEANS YOU REALLY, REALLY LIKE ME! (thank you Sally Field!)

It was sheer pleasure interviewing Lance last week, and his story was so powerful and inspirational I just had to get it out to you all, ASAP! This time of year, when family is so present, when we might have issues being around those with our DNA, when old stories and old arguments might surface? Well, it felt like the perfect time to release this conversation, one which has a very surprising ending! (in the longer interview!)

Lance is so many things...entrepreneur, architect, builder, professor, YouTuber, accomplished fisherman and last but not least, a human being who is open to the mystery that is life! His radical story reminds us that it is never too late to heal the ruptures and hurt feelings that happen in families, and to find new connections, no matter where they are in the world!

Here is Lance's very splendid website!

And his seriously fun YouTube Channel, Fishing With Lance!

Please do yourself a favor and check out this dynamic and really great human!

Please remember to rate and review!! (it helps other people find this labor of love of mine!)

Your bit of beauty is this: this super cute, very short video about a little kid, and THE FISH THAT GOT AWAY!!

Your bit of beauty is this: a video about mysticism, connection, beauty, and profound revelation by the far-seeing Alan Watts. Listen to it and be inspired!

Friends, this week I'm introducing you to Mari Reisberg, who, you'll hear, is just one spectacular human being!

Growing up in a very psychic household, Mari was into labyrinths (her Mom built one in the yard) and telepathy (she and her Mom just had this THING going on!) and all sorts of other spooky events (Victorian ghosts in the basement anyone?) so that everyday, it was, ho hum, there's another weird thing happening...and it became a joke for Mari and her friends. But it was the day she had this dream, y'all...THIS DREAM...that changed everything for her.

Mari has her very own groovy pod called "Sustaining Creativity" which you can access here! and then, her Insta is here! I encourage you all to check both out because Mari is a GEM!

Please consider rating and reviewing because IT MAKES ME HAPPY!! WHEEEEE!

Your bit of beauty is this: this super-duper cool oldest-maze-in-the-UK, Hampton Maze! And I found this story/quotation hilarious, "We’ll just go in here, so that you can say you’ve been, but it’s very simple. It’s absurd to call it a maze. You keep on taking the first turning to the right. We’ll just walk around for ten minutes, and then go and get some lunch.'" Ahem.

The passage above is taken from Jerome K. Jerome's Three Men in a Boat (1889). The character, Harris, leads the tourists into the maze and they subsequently get lost for hours.

Now who's laughing?

Hi all!

Here is a bit more of the conversation with Scott Wells...a bit more detail about his early life, more reflections on Rosa Parks and about that really scary Ouija Board!

(and how it is so important to show up for each other, however we can!)

Welcome to the final installment of SPOOKY and Scott Wells' story of what happened one day in high school, that cemented his belief in the afterlife (as well at the Ouija Board!)!

This Day of the Dead weekend, drop down into this last episode, filled with sweetness and sorrow, with hardship and abandoned mental wards, and understand that the world of the Dead is far closer than we understand. Scott's tale is terrifying, jaw-dropping, and not for the faint of heart. But I have belief in you listeners, that you'll be able to hear Scott's tale and not pass out from fear! (maybe, maybe you won't pass out from fear!) Suffice it to say that Scott has had multiple experiences with the inexplicable, but this last tale this episode takes the cake!

To read up on Scott and his adventures in the world, here is his website!

As well, here is a link to buy his book, "Marked By The Ouija."  The book is drescribed as "perfect for fans of paranormal thrillers and spine-tingling horror, Marked by the Ouija explores the sinister consequences of unchecked curiosity."

WE ALL KNOW THAT CURIOSITY KILLED THE CAT, RIGHT? ;-)

thanks for riding along this season for tales both spooky and bold, and remember, be careful of THINGS THAT GO BUMP IN THE NIGHT!

Here is a bit of spooky beauty for you this week: from Nat Geo, this gorgeous video all about THE DAY OF THE DEAD!
