The scariest thing in the world is to go through life without really doing anything that matters. So many of us are so focused on "being good" that we don't actually do good. We must get out of our comfort zone, get rid of our distractions, and and get to work doing good. Because it takes all of us to build something truly great.

It's easy to feel alone when we're struggling through life. But, the truth is that we aren't alone. Other people have been where we are, but we need people to share their story with us to help us along. When we refuse to get out of our comfort zone and share our experiences, we rob people of the opportunity to find Jesus. Our story can change someone else's story when we open up about where we've been.

Serving others is not optional, we are commanded by God to show love to our neighbors by serving them. Serving is our rent for being on Earth. Serving not only brings joy to others, but brings meaning to our lives.

Meals slow things down. Some of us don’t like that. We like to get things done. But, meals force you to be people oriented instead of task oriented. And, let’s be honest, people don’t want to be your projects. Sharing a meal isn’t the only way to build relationships, but it is one of the best ways.

Most of us struggle to listen. We think we know what people need. But, we can learn what people truly need if actually take time to listen to what we say. If we want to bless the people in our lives, we need to start by actually listening.

It's easy to get caught up in the day to day busyness of life and miss the greater purpose God has for us. And looking at the problems of people around us can be overwhelming. But getting started is more simple than you think. A life with meaning in the mundane can happen when we begin each day with prayer, asking God how we can be the answer to someone else's prayers today.

Did you know you can wake up every morning with passion and purpose. Jesus' mission was to help everyone discover their true purpose through a relationship with Him, and Jesus' mission is our mission. So, do you go out of your way to avoid people or to bless people?

Everyone wants to be happy. But, do your everyday habits really make you feel happy? Focusing only on what makes you happy right now will leave you feeling empty.

But, God created you for more.

You can do the right thing with your life when you believe God has planned greater things for your life.

We often choose what we want now over what we want most. We need to choose the pain of discipline over the pain of regret.

People always want somebody in their corner but deep down, most don’t truly believe others or Jesus would be for them.   People won’t know that Jesus is FOR them until they know that we are FOR them. Followers of Jesus should show others that God is for them by serving, relating, and reaching out to others.
