We all love chocolate! Well, most of us do. Okay, maybe it's just me, but we are here today to talk about Cacao Ceremonies! They have become super popular in the last several years and Ally is here to give us all the information we need before we embark on our Cacao journey. 

Ally is a Pilates and dance fitness coach and she has enjoyed teaching, meeting and moving with people from all over the world in her classes. She is  also a certified lifestyle and women's wellness coach, and has completed training in positive psychology, food and menu planning, human design, herbal medicine, astrology and working with ceremonial cacao. She is a lifelong chocoholic and passionately advocate that cacao + chocolate belong in a balanced diet!
