    Getting fired can be very traumatic even if you're expecting it. Being let go from a job can generate several negative emotions including shock, anger, sadness, worry, and fear about the future. But what about what comes after? In this episode, Lara shares her story about being let go and provides great advice on how to navigate this if you are currently experiencing a job loss.

    Lara Days is a total badass having received a first-degree black belt in Taekwondo and is a certified yoga teacher. Lara stays busy as a choir teacher, business owner of Center for Singers and coaches clients on nutrition. Lara loves to travel and she just recently got married to the love of her life.

Casey truly loves getting to know her patients and customizing her recommendations to fit an individual's lifestyle.

    Nutrition counseling utilizes an empathetic, Intuitive Eating and non-dieting approach to achieve long-term behavioral change. Casey's goal is to provide her clients with the tools necessary to obtain a healthy and balanced lifestyle. By enabling her clients to make peace with food they are able to feel more in control of their eating habits.
