This is a fun and entertaining interview with an up and coming Fine Art Photographer Jonica Tramposch.  Jonica is originally from the Pacific Northwest and graduated from the University of Washington where she earned degrees in Comparative History of Ideas and Astronomy and Physics, and was an intercollegiate athlete in track and field.  Since then Jonica has traveled to 25 countries, lived in 4, earned a dual masters in science, trained athletes, and worked in the space industry.  In January she launched Eclectic Short Stories - an online business that publishes a new story every month that focuses on interesting female characters.  Jonica balances her life with flamenco and salsa dancing, as well as spending time in nature and with animals.

Listen in to this lively interview as Host Michael Harris speaks with artist Cindy Avroch-Rosenthal.  Cindy Avroch is a multi-talented artist who began her career by following in her mother’sfootsteps. Cindy’s first love was always drawing, painting and sculpting. While other little girls could be seen carrying Barbie dolls around, Cindy would be juggling a sketchbook, pencils and an eraser in her hands.  Among her earlier accomplishments, she received a degree in textile design from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, and a scholarship to study at Winchester School of Art in England.

When he’s creating, he rarely goes into a project with a plan, but lets it carry him through it and then suddenly its done. Generally this process creates a vividness of color and a mixing that allows for so many possibilities to pop out at the observer.“My relationship with art was something of a hit upside the head it happened so suddenly. I started painting about 3 years ago one day when I was home from college. On a whim, I got out the spray paint and the air compressor and "went to town" on some poster board. Since then have tried working with many different techniques using mainly trial and error methods to hone my skills.  I like the idea that a group of people can look at the same painting and all see and feel completely different things.”

Join host Michael Harris as he interviews artist Rene' Alvarado.  Rene’ Alvarado is from a small village just outside of Torreon, Mexico and he came to the United States when he was seven year old. He has been painting professionally for eleven years now and realizes that his work is defined by his familial roots of Mexico and his adopted home in Texas.  Rene's creative process isimmersed in this dual identity. You will see on canvas the richness of his grandparent's fok tales alongside of the adventures of the "new life" created by his own hardworking immigrant parents.  Through symbolism, metaphors and pictorial language, Rene' tells his story and paints what he feels more than what he sees.

She has been featured in a few online magazine articles in the Cloth, Paper and Scissors publication. Her work has also appeared in their hard copies for winning some of their challenges. grandmother of four boys. She is experienced with watercolor, acrylic, colored

pencil, collage, and sculpting with clay.  Wendy has loved art since her childhood.  Wendy’s goal is

to spend the rest of her life deeply immersed in the art community inspiring

other artists and art enthusiast with her work.  Her favorite art medium

is colored pencils. She loves the detail that she is able to achieve. The majority

of her art is realism with a bit of whimsy and she’s been told that most of her

art has a Norman Rockwell feel.

by beauty and creating beauty. There is nothing more thrilling to her

than being able to create images that she finds to be a rendering of

what Aimee finds beautiful. Much of her inspiration comes from

burlesque, fashion, and erogenous individuals. Aimee is a yoga

teacher by profession so using the body as a form of expression is something

she has always appreciated, and this comes through in her art.

She use postures, colors, fashionable accessories, and exaggerated facial

expressions to convey emotion in her art pieces.
