Here are some quick tips to ensure every who crosses your path will leave with a smile that’ll be impossible to remove.
1. Be Incredibly Human – It’ll be a refreshing change from the usual robots people encounter in most stores.
2. Go Above and Beyond – Even when you don’t have to. Surprise your customers any change you get.
3. Learn to Handle Complaints – Have a game plan to win back customers who didn’t get your best service the first time.
4. Follow Up – Reach out to previous customers to make sure that they are still happy with “Product X” and if there is anything you can do for them.
