Mexican authorities have arrested the suspected killer of Cal Fire Captain Rebecca Marodi. Local leaders are set to discuss the collection of toll fees to help clean and care for the Tijuana River Valley. Over the next six weeks, crews will be installing two pipes underground in Clairemont, closing the intersection at Clairemont Drive and Clairemont Mesa Blvd.
