Memorial Day, two years after the raid, Eddie and Darryl travel to Redwood County in Darryl’s new black on black five series Beemer for a reunion—Russell’s idea. They see a lot of familiar faces in unexpected places, though some of the people couldn’t come. Shanna has an idea for a new business venture, and thinks there might be a place in it for Eddie. Can they finally get beyond their trust issues? You’ll have to listen to find out.

Meanwhile, Dick Duncan takes a helicopter ride with the captains of industry as he ponders the intricacies of his deferred prosecution agreement.

New alliances form, as Shanna, Russell and Eddie drop in on Darryl while he samples the cuisine at Ken’s Killer Krabs. The Doctor deals with continuing personnel problems. Darryl finds a new love interest in his life. Shanna confronts a painful episode from her past in Sacramento. And in San Francisco, U.S Attorney Sarah Breckinridge finds new hope in dealing with long festering issues of parental rejection.

Change is in the air. People close to the Doctor have been turning up dead. Not that it matters to Darryl. He’s moving out of drug enforcement, now that he’s passed the bar examination. So maybe it’s time for Shanna and Eddie to move along, too. Russell arranges a little get-together at the Costa Perdida to discuss the future, and the Doctor serves up a brand of refreshments only he can provide.

The Doctor’s decision to clean up loose ends gives Lon Odom a chance to even up an old score, but introduces unexpected complexity into his emotional life. Meanwhile, Shanna gets the sinking feeling maybe she’s been hustled, as she and Eddie deal very differently with some devastating news.

The land deal is looking good. Still, if they want to get rich, Eddie and Shanna are going to have to overcome their trust issues, which isn’t all that easy to do, given that neither of them has been completely honest. Still plagued with questions, Eddie pays a visit to Russell at the Rancheria, and gets some totally unexpected answers. Meanwhile, the forces set on stopping Harry Saul from logging the Watershed, come up with a wacky new maneuver, and Saul’s security team comes up with even wackier countermeasures.

Darryl rolls a molly dealer in San Leandro, which could give him another way to take down the Doctor — if only he can get to the Doctor’s mule before the dude disappears.

Eddie and Shanna spend quality time at her house on the coast, swapping war stories, watching old movies and going through complex legal documents involving offshore trusts. Then, Eddie heads down to Oakland to pay Darryl a call.

But his plan results in an unexpected journey that creates yet another headache for his half-brother Lon. How can he satisfy Mama’s demands for revenge while maintaining a secure perimeter for the Doctor’s sinsemilla operation as they get close to the harvest?

Meanwhile, Harry Saul’s banker has a collateral problem. Translation? Harry needs to raise $200 million cash in 120 days. How? Go 24-7 building that road they need to cut down the Watershed Grove.

When Eddie starts looking into his father’s death, he winds up with more questions than answers. Some of them seem to involve Shanna Black. Sparks fly, as Shanna is forced to admit she hasn’t been completely honest. But the sparks can’t compare with the high amp magnetic field that develops as the two of them come together. Now Eddie’s starting to think maybe he’s got nothing to lose, and Shanna’s starting to think maybe Eddie Fuentes could play a bigger part in her scheme than she originally anticipated.
